My son and daughter needed braces and a co worker of mine recommended Diamond Braces. Sumaiya was very professional and courteous on the day that my children got their braces put on. She was very professional and the staff overall were very nice!

I have never felt so compelled to leave a review after an appointment. I am truly shocked at the way I was treated during my consultation. From the moment I walked in, the young lady was teaching a new employee about their workflow. I stood there for about a minute thinking either women would turn around and let me know what I need to do to check in. I had to say, "excuse me" then get helped. Through the whole check in process she was more interested in teaching the new employee than telling me what I needed to do. The second thing was asking if my records were received because I told her my case was complex and I'm hoping that the information from my denitist would be helpful. She nonchalantly said, "oh yeah it's probably in the our work email." The same young lady was in the room when the doctor came in, Dr. Jacob Gussert. He had no smile, spoke very low and took one look at my images and said, "What you are asking I cannot do." I told him I came here to ask what YOU can do. Even if it helps my case then I'd be greatful and that I realize it may not be a cure. He said what you are wanting is what Rutgers University Dental Group can offer. My overall experience with the doctors and dental assistants was very good. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job throughout my treatment. Unfortunately, my experience with the business office and customer service representatives was completely different. I felt like I was misled, and things were never explained to me clearly. When my braces treatment was finished, everything seemed to be going well. Before removing my braces, the doctor informed me that I needed to have the crowns on my lower teeth redone. I was told that I would receive temporary retainers and that once my new crowns were completed, I could return to the office to receive my permanent retainers. After I had my crowns redone, I returned to Diamond Braces expecting to receive my permanent retainers, just as I had been told. Instead, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $250 for a lower retainer because the “temporary” retainer I had been given was actually considered my permanent retainer. That was never explained to me beforehand. If it had been, I could have made an informed decision. At that point, it felt like the focus was more on collecting another payment than on taking ca

I visited Diamond Braces at 2656 Hylan Blvd and had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Ms.Jakeline M who clearly explained every step of the process, worked efficiently, and made everything easy to understand. She was very helpful and attentive throughout the visit. Thank you to the entire team and the doctor for the excellent service. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism!
